Nasty when the back goes eh burger fucking agony to move did mine few years ago took 3 weeks to fix lol....

I've had trouble with my back for a few years now, started with torn ligaments in my lower back long time ago. Now it comes and goes, I tend to have trouble at least twice a year. Don't think this cold weather helps either.  It's getting better now though, at least I can walk upright again lol. | |
