its mainly to hook up to the Yukon so smaller the better think that's why im Getting the toshiba:/thumb:

Looking at the reviews the Everio appears a little better at first(manual focus, better lowlight quality). But I could be wrong as it only has 1,5 mpixels. On the other hand the Camileo has 8mpixels, some nice features(slomo/timelapse), remote, better price. Difficult choice. If you dont need the manual focus or better lowlight quality, then going with the cheaper Camileo would be best choice I think.

your correct canner seems the JVC seem to have the edge with the reviewers but i really like the Toshiba inbuilt time-lapse looks nifty and the qaulity is pretty nice on the Toshiba also the macro reptile footage thats what sold me
