With MF I found it helps to shoot more pics using continuous shooting-mode. Afterwards you can compare for focus or movement unsharpness, and select the best result.

Bought it from my neighbour back in 2010 he was off to live in
Taiwan and couldn't take it through customs only cost 20 pounds
he told me he got it from Japanese Yakusa member a long time ago...
