As you can see it rotated quite a bit, no idea if this is normal. Can't remember rotating the 2012 picture 90 degrees, would be a bit strange thing to do. I do remember Jupiter being on the left side of the Moon at that time. I checked the originals in my archive and found nothing strange, I had not made a strange crop or rotated the camera. Apparently the Moon's face has rotated 90 degrees since 2012. I did not know it did that, always thought the Moon rotated around its poles, somewhat like the Earth does, not like this...
