Chicky dough recipe, mostly done with this what is at home +a bag of cheap greated cheese and cheapest can of shrooms and one ball mozzarella.
To it i found half jar of jalapeños and half jar of olives, one box of tomato passata, and a bag of basil. I got a new olive oil. In freezer i found some shrimp. that is it what it is.
I took 900g (pounds) of wheat flour, threw like #half into bowl, to it i added 2 small glasses of barely warm water and like 50 ml olive oil, with second i put 11 grams yeast and mixed it and added it. I washed my hands properly, better than surgeon. Than added salt 2-4 spoons. Here is important: use one hand to touch the dough at first. U shall prepare a glass of wine and smoke a cig before you wash your hands. It is 20-30 minutes touching job now.
So all items are in proper sized bowl. At first they will be sticky. Set wine just beside and proceed with touching dough. Nothing could stand on your way! Touch and mix this clay by hand slowly adding resting flour, step by step and Touch it. It will take some time to make it talkin'. But finally it will appear as a dough. Don't add water, add love.
After touching is done *proper dough is not sticky and looks like a ball* you leave it for 3 or so hours in warm place Wink. its goona grow
when the dough is grown enough to see 2 inches abouve bowl shall be harvested. You take a large flat thing and throw a bit of flour, than u pull out the dough out of bowl. Here is the thing
U need to touch dough more and more and use roller to flatten it, and no water! then after 20 minutes of hugging this bake u can see this:

here is sauce recipe: Use half to 3/4 of tomato passata, add a lot of basil and a bit salt.
than paint all doughs with it.
You throw onto it all what you have.
In meantime: 200 Celsius on oven for like 10 minutes cuz it needs real temperature. 
All ingredients. Shrooms, cheese what you have and like.
Than you get this:

watch it and enjoy bake. My camera is in repair, needed to use samsung. lol!
