Interesting, had no idea the gyro works like that.

Maybe the accelerometer info could be usefull for when tuning the PID's. Though still don't know what the PID numbers mean exactly. People can tune the PID's by feel, so it can't be very difficult. Just need to know what the numbers do. I have been tuning my Eachine by randomly changing PID numbers, and it does make a difference. But without laptop it's very difficult to learn. Can only set new PID's at home in advance, and then go out to see the difference. But it takes too much time between flights to get a proper feel for the changes I made.

Pretty interesting, but I'm not going to fly with those massive ducts on my quadcopter

Though I don't understand everything he says, still learning a lot from watching.

 

Interesting to build yourself, but such a large spool of copperwire costs more then $3.

The soldering one didn't show anything new for me, just the very basics.
Though I haven't soldered a lot, I do know how it's supposed to be done.

The multimeter vid was very helpfull, and probably saved me from blowing up my new multimeter at first try.
Never used one before, bought it mostly to check for bad solderpoints on the quad.

I gues it`s something he has done,messing with PID settings needs a lot of experience
and technical knowhow,i certainly wouldn`t try it.

I bought little bee`s because they have a great reputation and are not known for spontaneous
ESC combustion.

I'm going to stick to default also to begin with, but think this ESC calibration thing is worth looking into.

Same here, but things/productionprocess can change. Though maybe the guy from the video just has a bad batch or bad luck.
