Poweroff 3.0

I use this old little tool often to automatically turn off my pc half way the night when I sleep, this way I can fall asleep while listening to some radioshow on youtube and not have my pc running all night.

Looks handy m8.
Some of the most usefull tools are old`ish,basic and free ! but they are much better than newer stuff.

Yes that is true.

A lot of newer tools need internet, otherwise they may not even work properly.
And today tools are often designed to be multiplatform, which doesn't always work as intended.

Very strange this is not a standard windows function btw. A simple timer to shut down the pc, how hard can it be to make?
I bet they could not make it secure enough once integrated into windows, a too easy target for a hacker to shut a system down.
Though I think if a hacker gets acces and wants to turn off a computer it's not that difficult anyway.
