tried a bit of footage today but realised camera wasnt level...still...the clouds look nice and its amazing how high a cheap 40 pound drone can go if u have the balls too do it

Not bad flying.
Are you flying this in 'headless mode'? I never tried that, but seems best for LOS flying. Haven't flown LOS much at all , mostly FPV.
The ground is bit dark and pieces of the sky sometimes too, was the WDR turned on?

headless mode sucks balls..it halves the performance of the drone for some reason so no lol i just fly it by sight

LOS = line of sight. if anyone didn`t know.
If anyone got the balls Sim has Remember if it`s windy on the ground it`s most likely more than twice as bad up there so nice job keeping the quad so close.

heh ive used the term los in my mmo's for years cause u have to l.o.s certain enemies to make them gather with other enemies

Great crashing Luck was on your side those 5 minutes.
The superwide view is looks very nice. But the light spots are washing out a bit. Maybe the lens was a bit greasy, or perhaps the lens was slightly fogged from the cold and your breath?

i know nothing about setting up cameras for best light and suck...i'm a point and click kind of guy heh no doubt i will look into it

Best tip I can give is to look into shooting and editing videos in RAW format. a RAW file contains all the data that was created by the camera when the video/photo was made, compared to most other formats that are only a copy of the endresult from that data. Won't help with the greasy foggy lens, but it will be very helpfull making the videos look better afterwards.
