Like he doesn't care. Asshole doesn't realise he could screw up your life just as bad from the aftermath.
Not a reason to shoot him though, unless you need the gun to end his suffering after you had hit him.

Was thinking what you need a gun for, when driving a car. But you probably want to avoid the dents and bloodsplatter on the hood.

I always forget it too in these moments, but you could have honked really hard and long. That would've annoyed him good cause then he would have had to explain to the person on the other side of the phone what a douchebag he was for not paying attention to the road.
