| Had a few batteryplugs that were pretty tight also. But that disappeared after a while when they got worn, no sandpaper needed. I read that during soldering the female plug can get warped from the heat. This can cause the male batteryplug to fit poorly. So it's best to leave a male plug plugged in during soldering. Here's a better way then to sandpaper those plugs: | |

| Cool tip... that's a neat idea, I reckon they will wear, but a little light sanding always helps with lubrication I find, stings a little though... ...and the plastic dust helps things slide too, ace... Lol Canner, with your well used fists you probably break 3 or 4 every day. hehe | |
