Darn, just about to literally click buy on RunCam 3 too, now after watching this I'm not sure again lol...
If it turns out to be, as he said, similar if not same quality as Runcam 3 then this is truly awesome for the money and might have swayed my decision.
One thing that bothers me though, as with most Action cameras, if they crash and you use them for FPV, goodbye FPV view, goodbye Quadcopter. This may very well have that issue as it's just not a direct video feed, it's processed and encoded and saved to SDCard and prone to crashing, possibly, maybe, well you know what I mean.
So for now, for me, I'm going RunCam3 as it's early days regarding people testing this. Brilliant though, and most probably will get one for my Nighthawk....
You can be our tester... Hehe.

If this camera is as good as it appears, it will probably be sold out the coming few months, so almost impossible to get. I think soon there will be the option of buying only a camera-recording module, which will work with any fpv camera.
Because there is no more need for a heavy hd camera onboard, there will be a lot of extra battery/flighttime.
