This is a useful little video about how to "smooth" out your moves and techniques so they're not as abrupt and jerky as they might be...
Of course practice would help you develop your own methods, but some good little snippets here in this short video...

Interesting, well explained. Looks like I don't need to change much when it comes to stickhandling, just practice more.

Adding a little bit expo to the Taranis gimbals also helps quite a lot. Not too much cause then you loose sensitivity, just enough to clear out the shaking of your fingers.
No I don't have Parkinsons, but sometimes when the adrenalin kicks in, it can be hard to keep the quad flying smooth.
I don't mean just adding expo to the rates in Betaflight, but via the menu on the Taranis.
This smooths out the sticks more directly, instead of filtering the stick movement through the flightcontroller.

I agree with him that the BEST and ONLY way to get a good feeling
and learn to fly consistently well is to fly the same model all the time
and and get used to all the movements and feelings of the sticks.

Once this is done,like driving a car,riding a bicycle or motorbike when
you transition to another model it takes minutes to quickly acclimatise.
