Broke the USB port from my Taranis. So now I can't play with the simulator anymore. The port is located on the bottom, so each time I put down the radio, the connector got a little worse. Same as the guy in the vid explains. Now planning to solder a regular USB cable directly to the Taranis. Had to search google for how to wire the cable correctly. Not done it yet, but I think it will work. If not, I will have to buy one of these radiojoysticks. (link)

It works, my Taranis now has a short USB cable. Short enough to fit in the back of the radio. Can hook it up to an extension cable when I want to play with the simulator.
