Same here. Just cant believe the official people in loincloth and animalskin clothing story.
There must have been something more advanced going on, or maybe even supernatural stuff.

Romans, new Greeks. It is still astonishing, isn't it? but it was just (or not just) Imperium Romanum. But in 820 A.U.c (67 A.D.) Vespasian along V (fifth) and X (tenth) Legion went to obliterate Holy City, and banned trade tribes out of empire, pushing them behind Caucasus and Caspea. From there they had told surrounding first nations from lands of modern Russia to vandalize Rome trough alps. And are Romans no more. king

Not sure what we can learn from it, maybe that history is trying to repeat itself?

As far as I understand the Romans build their temples on top of the original Baalbek, those large stones/megaliths are from before the Romans. From the time of Mesopotamia or maybe even before that. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
