NASA: Take a virtual tour of the moon

It seems because of the way we perceive the moon from the millions of pictures and looking at it in the night sky that until we see the moon landing site and rover,that we forget how truely massive the moon actually is.

This mainly demonstrates how much closer they need to go to see anything recognizable.
It looked nice, but they didn't show anything new. Nothing that can't be seen with a good telescope.
Wish they would send a drone to have a look at the surface from 100 meters up or so, that would be awesome.
Only takes one rich person to fund a small rocket that sends a simple drone, fuck the governments and launch that thing to the moon.
What are they going to do? Fine or jail the person for illegaly launching a rocket, so what? It just has to be done.
Actually that muppet Musk should do it, he's got the stuff ready to go, it would be cheap for him, but still he does not do it.
