I always tell people to turn up the GPU fan speed to 100%. Download the OC tool from the manufacturers website, or get Rivatuner. Most videocards are bad at regulating temps automatically, usually they get too hot before the fan kicks in. Not too hot to operate, but above 60 degrees you often see the lags starting, so best try to keep it below 60. Set the GPU fanspeed to 100% manually, and see the difference.
I set the fan speed manually before playing a game, but it's also possible to save settings, so the fan speed stays 100% when you restart the pc.
You can also do this for the CPU fan speed, but then you need to go to the BIOS and set it to 100% there.

Hey Papa m8,nice to hear from ya buddy
Yeah going full hardline loop for this build and was gonna be all custom bends an such but the pipe bending kit i ordered turned up wrong... they sent me 13mm instead of 16 mm so sent it back and had to wait ages for a new one coz they was out of stock. Anyway got fed up waiting and bought a load of fittings and doing it that way now, is easier and quicker anyway, just bloody expensive.
Am using two 360 radiators, one at top and one at front with dual 200mm RGB fans at top and front (yup am RGB addict also) with a 140mm at rear for exhaust. Most PC builders i`ve seen always use the rear fan as an exhaust and the front as intake to get a steady flow accross the mobo..
I will use clear water for begin with, the distilled stuff with anti-fungal / bacteria in it but might swap to coloured later, most likely green as have seen some new stuff from thermaltake at C.E.S that is supposed to not drop at all.Just gonna wait a while to see what the testing comes up with that ppl are doing.
Here ya go bud...i got from there.

Hi man, nice n pricey build mate....
2 360s with dual 200m LED fans! Wow, your cooling alone is more than the price of even my PC.... Well almost.... You could definitely fly that thing hooked up to a Teranis Radio, I hope it's strapped down .
Cool man, thanks for the link, might go that route at some point...

Mucky, regarding Afterburner...
The best thing to do is as you've done, water cool it, the 1080ti core auto adjusts the clock speed depending on temp, so if you lower the temps when it's running max it'll always run at max possible clock, if temps are too high it backs off depending on cooling.
It hits what's called the Thermal Limit, which is the max possible speed allowed by the card at a given temp, so it adjusts the speed itself if the temps are too high, if it's cool well you can keep this from never adjusting downwards.
I think you can push the clock up in AfterBurner, but when testing, watch if the clock back off, adjust until it settles and doesn't move much, I haven't played around with mine much as everything so far is pretty much maxed out...
Will have a play myself soon, especially when I throw some water at it.

Yep, that's what I go through every time roughly speaking...
Although my build up was not as bad as that recently, but it still needed the same style of cleaning... These days coloured liquids are much better though. I've been water cooling for at least 15 years ish, well before any online stores even sold kits or bits and the old stuff was aweful, but I still used it... Plus in all this time, I'm only on my 3rd pump, the 3rd one had to change only because diameter of pipes went larger.
The newer anti-corrosive and anti-bacterial stuff is much better, but still clear is best, but for me Solid white this time, and replace tubing if/when it stains....
That's the thing too about the Rad you never actually know how much it's blocked up in there, could be fine, but might just be really bad.
Enjoy.
S'all good fun...
One tip Muckers, when you prime it on first switch on, be ready to flush some more fluid in as like in the video the res will completely empty before the system fills, you will probably use about 1/2 to 3/4 a litre of liquid roughly. He didn't switch off when it emptied be ready to then put some more in. And also be ready for leaks, that style bottle he had is perfect, no fucking about you can just squeeze it and at the same time watch for leaks. And balls to leave it primed on test for days, if it doesn't leak in 5 mins, get it going and keep an eye on it, at least that's what I've always done, de-ionised water should do any damage, and Aorus's are coated so water won't damage them dunno about mobo though...
Disclaimer, if you don't run it for days first, don't blame me if it fucks up. Hahahaha...

Hehe, Not lazy at all, for me its the only electrical thing that we own these days that doesn't have a remote, everything else has! Cool, I did a similar thing myself for my tiny NUC PC movie playing magic box...
I made it myself by programming a PIC Micro-controller, it has a button that once pressed will read and memorise any remote control code, mostly from Sony TVs, then this button toggles the off/on switch in same way pressing it does. Oh, and obviously I added an LED so I know, it know's I'm pressing the button...
Got my LEDs BTW, addressable RGB ones, they're 5v, I promptly committed the schoolboy error of putting 12v through them. Not knowing this I heard a pop, thought shit, WTF, unplugged, plugged in again another few pops, ARSE! All I have really bought is an expensive indoor firework, they did light up rather brightly for a second, along with pops and smell of burning electronics to go with it!
Went through the strip one LED at a time see which one I had fused, had to throw 33 away (There's 60 per meter).
BUGGER!

Excellent, looking good. Must get me on of those Flow-meters too, as well as being useful, they do look good.
Fuck testing, get it switched on, just have some towels ready (not crusty used ones)...
