youtuber SWATTED during live stream

First the guy's twitter gets hacked, then the police shows up at his house, after a false tip about a murder on that address. 
On youtube you can read the comments during the livestream from people watching online. Incredible this can happen so easy.
And then the police officer acting like a dangerous retard waving his gun, not listening just shouting to induce panic and confusion.
It's almost as if the cop is trying to trigger the guy into selfdefense mode, so they can jump and arrest him.

Does "swatted" mean someone called the police as a joke to hurt the guy ?
if so they need locking up .

Yes, swatting is a prank term. In this case the caller's line was anonymous, so almost impossible to trace.
