Hardest thing to me when compositing 3d models into video is getting the lighting to fit the scene,this aint perfect but i am quite pleased with it so far.

That looks very nice, impressive.
Not sure how you could improve it. Maybe the quad could use a better texture/color, but the lighting looks good.
You could add some kind of filter to the drone that emulates the camera's motionblur. The drone looks sharper then the rest of the scene.
Btw how long have you been working on this? The video shows your old desktop setup and screen. Now looking better I even notice an ashtray with cigarettes, that background video must have been recorded years ago...
