Didn't know it was possible to animate forum emoticons, funny
I remember building a bonestructure for animating a character in 3dstudio long ago. Back then it was one of the trickiest things in 3d modeling/animation. Can be very hard to set up correctly with all the axis and constraints, editing the keys, etc.
Going to give this tool a try, probably also can animate other things with it, like trees or bananas or ...anything.

I can also try this out now, yay!
Spent the weekend removing my damaged watercooled Gpx card and installing my old GTX 1060... works great still and AE is so much more usable now, most stuff wouldn`t even work without a dedicated GPU.

Pity about the broken graphics card, are you going to try claim warranty? Some manufacturers don't care if you replaced the heatsink or have waterdamage, and still offer replacement.

Nah...can`t get it exchanged when i removed the fans and put on a waterblock sadly. Saving up for a new one this Autom RTX 3080 TI should be out then.

I know it does say that in the warranty rules. But sometimes they exchange it anyway. Need to deal with the manufacturer itself, not the store you bought it. Years ago I used to hang out on a big pc hardware forum, and some of the people reported they could still claim warranty after replacing the heatsink or watercooling, and got sent a replacement card if the old one was broken. Specially with the more expensive cards manufacturers tend to be easier, although things may have changed over the years.

This will be the best option I guess. Technology has already improved so much again since purchase of the old card.
Will you be watercooling the new one also?

This would depend how much cash i have as the waterblocks for GPU are around £150 quid extra.
