Strange lines in Egypt desert

Was looking around with Google Earth in the Sahara desert for ancient structures or interesting artifacts and found these strange lines.
The lines could be formed naturally, but I'm not so sure, they stand out from all the other geolocial formations and features.
It's not cartracks or roads, and I don't think agriculture either.(at least not modern)

Maybe the pics are still blocked, but can follow the link to Google Earth and see it there.

I accidentally came across some pics of Mesopotamian cuneiform tablets.
And I found the cuneiform writing very much resembles the style of the lines on the pics above.
It could be a coincidence though, I have no idea, maybe I'm just seeing things.

Could be trees from when the area was lush forests and plains 1000`s of
years ago maybe ?

I also considered flattened trees or forest. But if they indeed are giant tree trunks would it not be a known site of interest for archeologists?

Searched on Google for 'giant tree fossils in the sahara', and found this:

And this article saying the largest tree fossil found in the world is 72 meters.

Wish I could get a closer look, but probably the only way is to go there myself.

Found a snake geoglyph in the desert, ánd it is pointing straight at the North pole.

Can't decide if it's a natural formation, where water flowed for a short period and carved this shape.
Or if it was made on purpose, similar to the Nazca lines or that Serpent mound in Ohio USA.

When rotating around it, and looking at it from different angels, it can also look like the ground is elevated.
Strange effect of the bumpmapping maybe.

Made this short video of the 'Eagle eye' in the Siwa desert Egypte with Google Earth.
Added some examples of cuneiform tablets to the side for comparison.
Still don't know if this is just remains of an ancient forest, or something else.
Not even sure about the cuneiform, just that the shapes are extremely similar.


Thinking of adding some more text and effects before uploading it public to youtube. 
Although I would like to find out what this place is before I post something really dumb.
I have no idea how it looks in reality, can only find it on Google Earth, normal search on Google has no result.
