Yeee I still want to get into the UE5. I installed it and explored a little, but wanted to finish another project first. It's not very difficult to get started just need time to find my way around.
Specially the Niagara realtime particle/fluid/smoke dynamics plugin looks very interesting.

Wonder if it would be possible to remake a quake map in unreal 5... I wanted to remake longest yard in a volcano with lava instead of space and the platforms on the crator sides but never got around to it.

Nice idea, in theory it should be possible, but may need to adjust the players physics to make it play the same. And I don't know if Unreal supports rocket jumping, which is part of the gameplay style for that map.
