Very nice screen.
If it is a smartTV first thing I'd do is turn off all wifi/bluetooth/autoupdate/etc, unless you plan on using that ofcourse. I am so paranoid I would even check if it has a microphone enabled by default for voicerecognition, and turn that off if possible.
Are you going to use it for gaming also? The screen looks perfect for that. Games would look awesome sitting at half a meter distance.

got it hardwired to router m8 and networked to pc tried some games on it and looks amazing but watching 4k content on it blows my mind..takes some getting used to cause clips dont look like recordings anymore, hard to explain its as if youre watiching it being filmed in realtime..it even upscales 1080 content into a form of 4k..not genuine 4k but not far off just no idea how i will pay for it !
why all the paranoia though ??

With 'Voice commands' and 'Gesture control' enabled the tv is constantly recording everything you say and do. I would turn both options off, and if possible also put a small piece of black tape on the camera.

Does the tv do 120hz when used with a pc, or does it then fall back to using 60hz?

Ah pity, was hoping TVtechnology finally improved to the point they could compete with gamingmonitors. Thinking about it, this is probably done on purpose. If they would add true 120hz tech compatible with pc, nobody would buy pc monitors anymore. Too bad really, marketing/patents holding back developments. I'm sure it's only a matter of adding 1 chip or a small adaptation to the recent design. 120hz support for pc would be a reason for me to spend a little extra on the TV, gaming with such a large screen is awesome. But 60hz for fast games is just not enough, and the emulated 120hz the tv produces does not really compensate the lost frames. 60hz is good enough for the RPG games you play though, must be great seeing all that extra detail and otherwise hidden stuff because too small.

Does that mean your pc is outputting at 120hz for the display?
For example my tv will only accept 1920x1080@60hz from the pc, but then upscales it to 120hz internally.

It is possible to run 120fps on a 60hz screen.
FPS is 'frames per second', or how much frames are rendered by the game every second. It is not the same as a screens refreshrate(hz).
To see the actual refreshrate you can look in the 'Nvidia control panel/change resolution'.
