We interviewed the AI robot that's now a citizen of Saudi Arabia

I was wondering if there is a puppetmaster behind this character, but this video shows there probably isn't.
Watching the video, it looks like the robot is a bit confused from all the surrounding noises, it has trouble listening.
Despite it being deaf to the question at some point, it still is responding in a way so that it appears to be thinking on its own.
