Bet you can't wait to get it in the air.

Pity about the battery, happens sometimes, I also received a bad battery once or twice, more like twice.
Maybe Dji will replace it, though sucks having to contact helpdesk etc.

Now waiting for some super awesome videos. You really should try editing the videos a bit more.
Cut out short clips from flights, and make a video with different scenes. Try Hitfim Express (free video editing program)

battery fault seems to be a firmware error...pretty much fucked..if it had power i could of linked it direct to pc and finnished the firmware update but its bricked
i hope i dont have to send the whole purchase back, just the battery else i wint bother
i always mean to get into film editing but other things always seem to get in the way

Be carefull pulling that gimbal protector an holder off everytime,it is very delicate,thats
one good thing about the new air,the way the gimbal is protected inside the body.

did a little range test earlier was windy as hell so didnt risk too much...flew 500 metres away seemed like miles lol but the mavic did it easy
the gimbal clamp on the mavic is a terrible design its so close to a very delicate ribbon lead it freaks me out everytime i put it on
as for the video did u mean this one...was gonna make a funny commentary unboxing..couldnt be arsed

Yes that's the video. Needs to be sped up, with fast happy music, and whistlesounds when you throw the boxes.

The guy from the video tried it 3 times before it worked. Maybe try few times more, and hold that button a little longer.
Not sure, but I think it recharges while the button is pressed, so if the battery is completely drained it may need some extra pressing time.
Only need a little power in it so you can flash the firmware and then do a full recharge.
Hopefully you can get the battery fixed, otherwise good luck at the helpdesk.
