I`m very surprised that analogue is still ahead in nightvision. Not for long though...

The Runcam Night Eagle 2 Pro is pretty good as night camera also, but no idea how it compares to real night vision gear.

Although not a nightvision camera,it is very impressive in low light conditions, just like daylight when flying in towns and cities.

When on youtube compared to real nightvision, the Night Eagle is often better, only the very expensive nightvision cameras outperform the little fpv camera. Think this might have to do with the relatively low resolution on the Night Eagle, which is digital btw, so smaller objects/details simply can't be seen. But when it comes to price the fpv camera is only 75, while a better performing nightvision camera cost 2-3000. Anyway, this shows digital nightvision actually can be just as good, but I'm sure the current NVmanufacturers suppress this fact much as possible.
Wish I had a proper telescope and a Night Eagle, so I could try build a nightvision telescope. Not sure if that would work, but like to try.
