Instead of surprised and excited, people should react angry and outraged.
All the years of lying and manipulation, researchers and people intimidated for life or killed.
And now pilots should be happy they can 'report a UFO without risk of losing their jobs'?

They'll probably make the procedure to report a horrendous experience, including a doctor's visit.
I'd still be careful to report a UFO if I was a pilot, my name would certainly be put on a list.
It never was forbidden to report a UFO, it's always been a bad idea to report one,
and I'm sure that will not change with this 'new guidelines' fakery for the plebs. Suspect
