Goes pretty fast indeed. When I watched it in 720p res my first thought was that it looks like a bird of prey pummeling it's victim. They can go as fast as in the clip.
Not saying that the bird in the clip is a falcon. But here it says the freefall speed of a falcon can go up to 242mph: http://www.airspacemag.com/flight-today/falcon.html
