Definitely Looks too fast and bright to be a jetfighter. Though they are often used for scanning fire-sensitive areas for hotspots. Shame it's very short and cut off at the end.

Think that may of been a fireball def had contrail my bet is on a meteor or big bird with its ass on fire...
