This is fake  

CGI clip running on a screen, then filmed with a cameraphone/camcorder so the movement and zoom looks sort of natural. You can make out the real camerazooms where the ship gets sharp in focus and lines appear from the screens pixels. At 2:00 and 5:56 in the clip for example.

They added some extra shakyness and zoom with AfterFX to confuse. That motionblur, chromatic abberation and camera glitches can also be easily faked.

Maybe this is actually out of some random old scifi movie from Youtube

As soon as I see a video from thirdphaseofmoon I know it`s gonna be fake..

It is time someone films a real ufo closeup with decent quality. All these fakes are such a disappointmend each time again. Every new ufo video is more like a puzzle, with the goal to spot the hoaxers error. And the times you cant find any, the moviequality is terribly shit. Or it turned out to be a mistake, bug, bird, plane, plastic bag floating in the air.
