This effect looks like a meat texture that came straight out of Doom or Quake.

It did once many years ago,scared the shit outta me!
Had to go have an ultrasound on my bollox luckily was just a small blood vessel popped,happens all the time to guys apparently...anyway it went away next time i shot my load.
