Dutchsince -- California Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) -- Color enhanced view

Was watching Dutchsince livestream yesterday and suddenly he went apeshit because he discovered some beams going right to the areas that are on fire.

First 2 vids are only enhancements of the beams.

At the end of the longer video below he shows the beams with commentary, but in that one the beams are too faint to be able to see properly.

Also in the lowest vid part of a old presentation from 1985 about the use of scalar wave technology for weather engineering/manipulation, interesting to watch.
