That's the best bit of UFO footage ive seen in a long time classic orb...Balloons dont fly away then come back again that thing looked like it was looking at the protesters maybe some hightech brazilian surveillance drone I Doubt it though.....

Yes it's a great video. Awesome to see a second recording from the same place. Kinda confirms it's not faked. Thought too it might be a drone at some point, but they usually dont emit such a bright glow. Maybe it's a mermaid...?
