It is dark on camera, so it must be a cold object. If it was a bird it would show up white.

These type of camera`s can be set to "dark hot" as well as "white hot" but you are correct with this video as the ground,roofs and cars are all white. No idea what it is but I suspect the guy works for whatever organisation shot the video and sneaked it home as he`s obviously filming it off his television.
P.S. is roofs even a word ?
