Planes or helicopters don't behave this way so this leaves us with genuine unknowns or CGI....Drones of some kind perhaps I rule out cgi has the feel of a real event..

If they are drones they have to run a preprogrammed flightpath. Don't think these are drones. Also a drone does not intensify its lights like that.
