Dutch police dirtbike boobytrap

Saw on the news this absolutely insane thing the Dutch police is doing to arrest 'illegal' dirtbikers. Could not find a written article, so I looked up in the channels website news archive, where they store old episodes of the hourly television news. Used fraps to record it and temporarily uploaded to youtube, just to show the sick shit they do to people here. I realise this is only a test, and it is meant as a trap and diversion. But when crossing through the woods, you won't notice that rope until it is too late. It is in dutch, no need for translation though, just watch:

Fucking ridiculas....they don`t hurt anybody people would be a lot
more annoyed if they were riding up and down the street

Sad thing is this whole operation (where a common person is treated as criminal and caught as if an animal) is only because a few people complained about the noise. They can't enjoy their 'peaceful walk' in the woods. The type of sheep morons that goes on a walk in the woods once a month in the weekend, and does not know the other days people are working there with chainsaws and bulldozers to maintain those woods and parks.
