For about 2 years Tom Delonge has been announcing on several radioshows he has acquired certain knowledge about world changing information, which he was not allowed to release yet. Now he is opening this 'weird' academy that supposed to run on public funding. Very strange and suspicious that such superrich people need to raise public money to get something done, and they only raised $95000 yet.

Hope this is not that special announcement he was preparing the public for, would be a bit of a letdown, as is normal with all these special announcements.

Tom Delonge just did a Steven Greer. What a rip off, no big reveal, no secrets, nothing new. Give us your money so we can do this research and entertain you.  
Dammit  for years he kept the whole world in excitement about great world changing information he was going to reveal some day.
