This is not a hologram, it is reversed augmented reality.

Those people are looking at a large screen, on which they see themselves with the 'hologram'.
A true hologram is never projected on a screen, it should be projected midair, viewable from all sides.

Glad it is fake though, I am not ready to live in a world filled with holograms to the point it blends in with the normal world around us, it will be like a holographic prison matrix. Specially cities will never look the same, a complete transformation of reality as we know it. And it could happen in a short time once the tech is developed and installed they can just switch it on. Imagine every streetsign, roadmark, lighting, commercials, everything holographic. Perhaps even a personal holographic interface around you, rendered from outside to your location.  


Holograms are one thing, what if they manage to create solid holograms, that would be awesome and terrifying at the same time.
