Maybe a little photostudio tent or growtent would be perfect to keep everything dustfree when working with small nozzles.

Yeah,or even a simple fan blowing on the filament before it enters the extruder.

Not sure a fan is a good idea, it attracts dust also. It would need a filter, but even then just the airflow can attract dust from the enviroment. Also the dust is probably static, so it may not blow off the filament easily. Maybe pulling the filament through a soft toothbrush(or similar) to remove small dust particles and hairs could work.
