Subject: UFOs Light Up The Night Sky Above The Nellis Test Range Thu Jun 27, 2019 12:14 pm
First thought would be helicopters or drones, but helicopters probably wouldn't fly and hover this randomly around each other in the dark. Also the flashing isn't a constant pattern like airplane lights normally do. Sometimes it looks like they are flashing at each other as if communicating.
