Interesting cases, strange these were never picked up by researchers. Tried to have a look at the archive myself, but too bad my spanish isn't so good.
Apparently the UK is going to release some new UFO archives also:

From what I heard these are reports from the public archived by the RAF, so probably no top secret military stuff. But public sightings can be very interesting also, for me those are just as credible as coming from an official source like a police or military person.
