This one was posted on Michael Salla's channel. Could it be the Moon shining between the clouds? If not, I don't know what else it could be but a UFO.

I think it`s just a gap in the clouds. He says it`s moving but if you look closely the car is moving and making the trees pass by but the UFO stays in the same position relative to the clouds.
