Weird time desync on my phone

I know it is April fools day, but this is not a joke.
Last week I noticed the time on my old phone is different from all the other clocks in the house.  
Time is running about 1.5 minute ahead of the other clocks.
This should not be possible, time is updated automatically on all clocks.
It's a Samsung, just like my other phone, both should get their timeupdates from the same place.
Best case the phone could be missing time due to a dead battery, but not run faster.
Made a picture to show I'm not making this up, and I did not change the time manually.

Yeah that is a bit odd,a funny thing is my mrs was 
complaining her laptop clock was wrong the other 
day,i didn`t pay much attention to her but will  ask
her if it is fixed now.

If it is also 1,5 minutes, then it would make sense, I'm kind of hoping it is.
Then it could be one of the time distribution points just being offset.
I'm actually a little freaked out by it, because it is superweird. This should not happen.
On the other hand, if the time of that phone was behind a couple of minutes, it would not bother me at all.
I probably would not even have mentioned it here.

New picture to show the phone is now 3:30s ahead of the correct internet time.  
This phone has not autoupdated it's clock since I took out the sim card about 2,5 years ago.
If anything it should be running slower, not faster.

Perhaps it is speeding up more than just a couple of milliseconds.
