Was trying to think up ways how it could be done the entire time, but would need a lot of pre-planning.
Also kept thinking since he is chatting online, he could have asked somebody to meet him somewhere.
Maybe that key to the policestation is a clue to how it could be faked.
If he works as security guy, he can have acces to all kinds of places at all times.

I think you cracked it m8,if he was a cop or security guard
he could easily get special access to places that are closed
down or vacant, unused at the moment.

Thanks, not 100% sure ofcourse, but seemed most logical.
But even if the filming was done by a security guard, it still required a lot of work and smart editing to produce the video with this movie style scenario.
Possibly this video was not made by one person after all, it takes so much work to prepare each scene and shoot all the video.
It would require an entire team like Corridor Crew to make something like this.
I do hope it's not really real, would become a strange world if people start randomly slipping into different timezones.
